Okay so theres a picture. and it seems to have been MS-paint scribbled over it. but on the folder icon theres an actual picture of it. smaller scale and not ms painted. can i preview the picture on the icon w/o the ms paint?How to view a picture that is not MS painted on the picture icon, but MS painted on the actual preview?
Usually the preview on the folder is cached (saved so it doesn't have to keep opening all the files), so if the picture has been modified since it's been cached, then no.
It could be that there is more than one copy of that picture in the folder and that's what your seeing too.
