Replace door and paint, about $400 without blending into the fender/back door. Add another $200 to blend. Paint the entire car, at least $3,000. Anyone that will do it for less is going to do an extremely poor job, it'll look like it was done with a can of spray paint. A good shop that might charge $5,000 will look better than it did when it rolled off the assembly line.
