How long to wait before painting over stucco repairs?

I'm having a contractor repair my stucco on the outside of our home. One long horizontal crack and a few patches. How long should I wait before applying primer and then painting? Also, I was going to use Porter Exterior Latex paint but should I use that elastic paint instead?

I don't know about Porter, I've always used a water based exterior paint designed for stucco. You should match what was on the wall to begin with if you know what was applied.How long to wait before painting over stucco repairs?
Go to Home Depot and get them to mix the Stucco / brick paint to the color that you need. You want to wait at least 2 weeks to paint over large repairs.
