How much would it cost to have a front bumber re-painted?

I have a 1995 lexus sc400 and decided to drive it one winter, totally ruining the front bumper paint. The car is a very light metallic, sparkly, blue so i'm assuming paint won't be cheap. Any estimates?How much would it cost to have a front bumber re-painted?

That type of paint would be the more expensive due to there being the candy paint.
