How long do chineese painted quail eggs take to hatch without an incubator?

unless your extremely lucky and have one of the very few hens left that will still brood there eggs... the will not hatch with out an incubator... or another bird who will sit on them. I used to put the eggs under a budgie or cockatiel until I could find an incubator myself... but you have to remove them right before they hatch or the foster parents will kill the babies. How long do chineese painted quail eggs take to hatch without an incubator?
