Hi, a friend of mine has just purchased an oil painting for his mother's birthday in December. He needs to store it for two months but he would like to know whether he needs to stretch it onto canvas now or how he should store it. it is covered with protective plastic and at the moment is stored in a poster roll, rolled up. Any suggestions from someone who has a serious idea?

It will be just fine the way you store it. Rooms temperature and normal humidity.
