How to liquidify paints??

All my oil paints have become solid.. how do i bring em back to normal???


I mean can i add any liquid of some kind to liqudify em???How to liquidify paints??
Definately save yourself trouble and get new paints. Even if you could get them liquid again the pigments will be watered down.





FYI get yourself a plastic tool box or tackle box with a seal so even if a cap isn't on tight your paints won't dry out in the tube too quickly.How to liquidify paints??
as far as I know you cannot bring back compleatly solid paints but linseed oil could work
Try using turpentine. I meant put some turpentine in the color bottles. That'll help u more. N also its readily available in the market better to say in the paint shops. If not that way, then u can opt for hot water treatment. Haven't tried as yet but that too should work. Take care

Lets assume you are talking solidly closed metal tubes. Put in hot water for some time and hope for the best.





There is another way but that is very messy and you need to 'regrind' your paint and ad new oil and repackage it in new tubes....





Do yourself a favor and buy new.
