How to get paint stain off Hollister jacket?

I have a white hollister jacket that has had yellow and gray paint stains on it for months. Would non chlorine bleach be able to take the paint stains out? If so what are some non chlorine bleaches that I can buy. If not is there any other way to get the paint stains off?How to get paint stain off Hollister jacket?

Picking at the paint with your fingernail will help get paint out of clothes a bit.

Use hairspray to saturate the paint stains. Let the garment soak for an hour or so in the hairspray.
