How do you get paint off a car that isn't supposed to be there?

My friend drove his truck down a road that just had the yellow/orange lines painted down the middle, well the lines were still wet and he drover over them. So now, he has little yellow/orange paint drops all on the bottom side of his vehicle. My question is, How would he go about getting the paint drops off of the bottom of his vehicle without taking his own paint off? He thinks paint thinner might do the trick but i beg to differ??? Help??How do you get paint off a car that isn't supposed to be there?
you could polish it out.. working with thinner is always risky, it would melt the paint on the car pretty easily. How do you get paint off a car that isn't supposed to be there?
Like others said, the clay bar probably will work the best but they are about 20 dollars for the whole bar, something else you could use is something like a rubbing compound its real gritty so that when rubbed on the painted marks it loosens them up and forces them to come off. The difference between 20 bucks and 4 bucks.
Try Meguiars body clay. It requires the quick detailer spray too. The most important part is to clean the surface first and also to re kneed the bar every time it gets smooth. You should be able to get it at any auto parts store, even Walmart. Another brand you could try is Auto Magic Body Magic.
