Buy a whole bunch of inexpensive cotton fabric from a fabric store and staple it to the center of the ceiling, then again where the ceiling meets the wall, then let the fabric drape down to the floor and staple just above the baseboards (or just let it puddle on the floor if you like that look). Be sure to work around windows so you still get some light in the room.Does anyone know how to decorate a room so it looks like a real circus tent? with no paint involved please?

You could drape red and white strips of fabric from the middle of the ceiling to the wall and then down the walls. Then add lots of bright colored accessories. Good Luck
